Driver injured from automobile running red light

The Plaintiff attempted to make a left turn when the Defendant ran a red light causing a major impact collision. The Defendant claimed that she had a green light and that the Plaintiff failed to yield to traffic before making his turn. The Plaintiff, without health insurance, was unable to receive any medical treatment for his injuries for over a month after the accident. The Plaintiff sustained neck and low back injuries including, but not limited to, moderate disk bulges in his cervical and lumbar spine.
