Driver injured from head on collision – $100,000.00

The Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle when the Defendant’s vehicle swerved into Plaintiff’s vehicle causing a major impact head-on collision. The Plaintiff sustained broken ribs, a knee injury and both neck and back sprains. The Plaintiff eventually had arthroscopic knee surgery.
