Driver suffers from automobile accident

The Plaintiff’s vehicle was struck by the Defendant who failed to yield to oncoming traffic. The impact only caused minor damage to Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiff’s injuries included but were not limited to low back injury. The Plaintiff had a history of low back complaints and the Defense argued that the Plaintiff’s injuries were not accident related. The Plaintiff was recommended a back surgery.
