Pedestrian injured from automobile

The Plaintiff was a pedestrian in a crosswalk when a vehicle failed to yield and collided with Plaintiff. The Plaintiff sustained back and left knee injuries. The Plaintiff underwent left knee arthroscopic surgery. Farar law was able to recover the Defendant insurance’s policy limits in the amount of $100,000.00
