Premises Liability/Trip and Fall

Client was shopping at “Total Wine and More” when two boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds fell roughly 8 to 10 feet striking her on the head and back. Client suffered injuries to her neck and back and suffered a minor traumatic brain injury.
