Rear ended driver injured from automobile accident

The Plaintiff was rear-ended by the Defendant causing moderate damage to the Plaintiff’s vehicle. The Plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries, a minor head injury, as well as other injuries. The Defense argued that the Plaintiff’s injuries were not accident related. Farar Law was able to obtain the Defendant’s policy limit in the amount of $100,000.00 on behalf of the Plaintiff.
